Digital 3D File Downloads (STL/OBJ)

All digital file purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available once files have been delivered.

Printed Armor, Helmets, Props & Accessories

All printed items are custom made to order and are non-returnable.

If your item does not fit, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you on an exchange; customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for size or fit-related exchanges.

Items Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and all damaged items so we can assist with a replacement or claim

Stickers & Decals

Sticker and decal purchases are final and non-returnable. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the problem so we can help find an appropriate solution.

Conditions for exchanges:

In order for the goods to be eligible for an exchange return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

• The goods are in the original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
